Holiday Shipping Notice
All Orders placed after December 15 are not guaranteed to arrive by December 24 & 25 (Christmas) or December 31 & January 1 (New Year's).
My shipping country is not listed on your website, can you still ship to my address?
We are very happy to arrange orders to non-standard shipping destinations and can advise you of the shipping costs on an individual basis. Get in touch with our friendly customer service team at info@exaliss.com and they will happily provide a shipping quote.
Why isn't my tracking number working?
Sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after an order has shipped. If 72 hours have passed after your order shipped and you still do not see any tracking updates, please email info@exaliss.com and our Customer Care team would be happy to look into it for you.
Can I change my shipping address?
When an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ship it out as fast as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to edit your shipping address or redirect your order. Please double-check your address at checkout prior to placing your order to ensure it will be delivered to the correct location.
Can I change the shipping method of my order?

My order says "delivered", but I haven't received it!
