Refund policy
Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days from the shipment date of your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• A valid order number or proof of purchase is required
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of shipment
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@exaliss.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without prior authorization
• Returns requested more than 30 days after the shipment date
Gift Returns
We can only accept gift returns within 30 days of the original shipment date. To initiate a gift return, please contact us and provide:

Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Refund?
Different forms of payment have different processing times, so please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be returned to your original method of payment once it has been issued.
Please note that our returns team may take 3–5 business days to inspect and process your return after it has been delivered to our warehouse.
